• Summary of the action:
  Two "clean walks" were organised in October and February at lunch break around the high school. Around 20 kg of waste were collected each time in less than an hour. The Tri-bord association lent us the pliers and rubbish bags and organised the sorting. We sorted out the cigarette butts separately the second time to shed light on that specific issue. Yet, this activity is time-consuming and a solution has to be found to get rid of the full bottles of cigarette butts.
• The objectives :
  Let’s raise awareness among pupils about rubbish collection and cigarette-related waste and involve as many high school students as possible, and not only green school representatives.
• Setting-up details :
  We set this action up twice a year, informing students through the Instagram account of the students council (CVL), our club and posters.
• Practical tips :
  

  It is quite easy to organise . We asked the students to bring garden gloves, or have the school buy ten garden gloves and a few pliers. As for us, we got help from a local association called Tri-bord which helped us with the material and the sorting.
